Delete your account

You can permanently delete a Tella Tarot account in the app. If you no longer have the app, you can request deletion by email.

Delete in the app

1. Open Tella Tarot and sign in.
2. Open Profile.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Read the warning, enter your password to verify your identity, and confirm.

The in-app flow deletes the Firebase Authentication account and readings saved under that account in Tella's local database on that device.

Request deletion without the app

Email us from the address registered to your Tella account. Use the subject “Tella Tarot account deletion request.” Do not send your password, tarot questions, or card photos.

We may reply to verify account ownership. We aim to complete a verified request within 30 days, unless the law permits or requires a different period.

What is deleted

• your Tella Firebase Authentication account, including its email, display name, and user identifier;
• server-side data directly linked to the account, if any; and
• when deletion is completed in the app, readings saved under that account in Tella's local database on that device.

What may remain

• information that must be retained to comply with law or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
• limited security and anti-abuse records retained only where reasonably necessary; and
• local app data on a device we cannot remotely access. You can remove it by deleting the account in the app, clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling the app.
